EAST Thurrock United manager Marc Harrison is shaping his quad for the coming Isthmian North campaign as the Rocks seek to bounce back from relegation at the first attempt.

Right back Ryan Boswell, midfielder Tom Barton and striker Olly Miles have committed to another season in the Rockls' amber and black shirts and a number of new faces have already been announced.

Among them is striker Dan Trendall who has been a fixture in the Bowers & Pitsea side for the past three seasons.

And Harrison has announced a quartet of young players players who he hopes will break through in the coming campaign.

Defender Shaye La'Rose spent his formative footballing years in the Norwich City youth set-up. He was subsequently a key member of the successful Bowers & Pitsea under 23 side. After a few outings with the Bowers senior squad, Shaye then moved over to join Basildon United.

Last term Shaye spent time at Hullbridge Sports, before spending the second half of the season with Great Wakering Rovers.

Livewire wide man Amaree Robinson-Jones was a stand-out performer for Witham Town last season. He had previously played at Essex Senior League side Hackney Wick.

Bustling striker Darnell Kithambo is a product of the Boreham Wood FC academy. He then had spells with Romford, Clapton and Ilford. Last season Darnell spent time with Leatherhead before moving over to finish the season at Great Wakering Rovers.

Midfielder Haziz Kone's previous clubs include Walthamstow, Biggleswade Town, Harlow Town, and most recently Brentwood Town.
