AVELEY FC's Parkside ground is once again set to host a charity match featuring alliances between football fans who are normally vehemently oppose o each other.

The match is between an amalgamated team of Millwall and West Ham fans, who normally do not give each other the time of day! - and an equally unusual partnership of fans of Sunderland and Newcastle United.

It will be the third such match, and so far participants have raised £17,000 for the Isla Caton charity.

The charity match has been given the go ahead for Saturday, 26 September.

The Geordies & Mackems and West Ham & Millwall will team up once again and fundraise for Isla in a charity match named North V South.
