MILLERS came from behind to record a pre-season friendly victory against Essex rivals Braintree on Saturday (18 July).

The hosts took the lead at Parkside after just six minutes through a bullet header from captain Ryan Henshaw.

However, by half time they were a goal behind to two strikes, the second a penalty, in the 18th and 34th minutes.

Millers got a spot-kick of their own early in the second half and Ollie Peters converted it.

The winner came on 70 minutes when Henshaw headed a ball across the front of goal, where Albie Armin was on hand to head home.

Millers are next in pre-season action at Brightlingsea Regent on Saturday, 25 July.
