GRAYS face league action, while Aveley and Tilbury hope to progress in their respective national cups this Saturday (13 January).
Blues have had a tough time of late, losing their last three Isthmian League North Division games. Today they play Heybridge Swifts at the EMR stadium, Tilbury.
Heybridge are in excellent form, having taken 11 points from their last five games and sit fifth in the league.
Aveley will have the role of underdogs as they play host to National League side AFC Fylde in the FA Trophy fourth round at Parkside. Fylde have not been excellent in the league and are in the relegation zone. But they have won their last two games.
If the Millers win the tie they will receive £5,250 in prize money and well as the coveted step closer to Wembley.
In-form Tilbury, on the other hand, will be favourites when they travel to Suffolk as they play Walsham Le Willows in the FA Vase Fourth Round at Summer Road. Walsham play in the Thurlow Nunn League where they have only won one of their last four games.
With a win, Essex Senior League leaders Tilbury aim to take a step closer to Wembley and in doing so Thurrock earn £1,875 in prize money.
