GRAYS play on Friday (9 February) night while Aveley and Tilbury face cup action on Saturday (10 February) afternoon.
Blues travel to Bowers Park to play New Salamis. Grays drew their last game one-all to Wroxham and have taken seven points from their last four games.
Salamis have won two of their last five games and sit 14th in the Isthmian League North Division.
Aveley travel to Bromley in the FA Trophy fifth round.
It's a hard draw for Millers as Bromley are second in the Vanarama National League. Millers will hope to bounce back from their disappointing one-nil loss in the BBC Essex Senior Cup to Hashtag United earlier in the week.
If Aveley win at Hayes Lane they will receive £6,000 in prize money and a spot in the quarter-final.
Tilbury also aim to progress in a cup competition when they face North Greenford in the VA Vase fifth round.
Bad weather may put the match in jeopardy, but Dockers will hope the pitch at the EMR Stadium will be playable.
Greenford play in the Cherry Red Football League and are unbeaten in their last four games. A thriller is in prospect at Chadfields.
