TILBURY and Grays Athletic are both set to return to action tonight (Tuesday, 14 January) after weather-related postponements in recent days.

Tilbury will play host to Thames neighbours Concord Rangers at the EMR Stadium, while Grays travel to Capershotts to play Waltham Abbey.

Dockers haven't played since their New Year's Day defeat at Haringey Borough but are still challenging for a place in the play-off zone, sitting seventh in the table with matches in hand on the teams above them.

Rangers have had a disappointing season to date and are 15th, and they have won just twice on the road in the league - though they have managed six draws.

Grays have slipped down the table as they have not played since Saturday, 28 December, when they drew 1-1 with Mildenhall.

But, like Tilbury, they have matches in hand on those above them and a decent run of results could see them climb back into the top flight from their current 11th place.

However, they will face a test against Abbey, who currently hold that fifth spot - through their home record is bettered by their away form. They have drawn two and lost four of their 12 matches at home.
