Double success
Double success

GRAYS Athletic pulled off one of the results of the season to date with a 3-1 win at leaders Felixstowe & Walton United this evenning (Tuesday, 21 January).

And there was also delight for Tilbury fans as the Dockers beat visitors Walthamstow 1-0 to make it an Isthmian North night to remember.

Their hero was recent signing Olly Sotoyinbo who marked his first start for the club with a 74th minute winner that lifts Tilbury to fifth.

Grays went behind to a sixth minute goal from Felixstowe's Thomas Warren but Blues turned the match around in the second half with goals from Shane Temple (56 minutes), Luke Hirst (74) and an Elliott Sartorius penalty five minutes from time.

Reports to follow.
