Ghouls galore but it's a fright night for Dockers

THERE was something of an early Halloween shock for Tilbury who led twice but ultimately suffered a defeat to the Ghosts, who hauled themselves off the foot of the Isthmian North table in Tuesday night's (27 October) fixture in Norfolk.
Ben Allen took just three minutes to put Dockers in front at the Daly Group Stadium and the visitors came close to a second when striking the woodwork shortly afterwards.
However, the Clipbush Lane hosts got on level terms on 28 minutes, with Valter Da Rocha taking the credit though there was a suspicion of a Tilbury player getting a final touch to divert the ball in after a scramble.
Dockers remained the side with most possession and reestablished their dominance just before the break, Rasheed Salau restoring their lead.
Billy Lawlor kept Tilbury in front with a fine save shortly after the resumption, but home supporters didn't have to wait long for parity as Finley Whiteley scored the fourth goal of the contest on the hour.
The Ghosts then took the lead on 73 minutes when Jake Watts headed home from Ewan Morahan's cross and Fakenham held on to the close, including five minutes of added time.
Tilbury will look to bounce back with another trip north to second-placed Newmarket on Saturday (31 October).
