GRAYS Athletic's Isthmian Velocity Cup match at home to Newmarket Town, scheduled fir this evening (Wednesday, 28 October), is off.

A midday pitch inspection at Chadfields found parts of the pitch waterlogged and unlikely to drain by kick-off time, despite today's better weather.

Grays are next due to be in action, also at Chadfields, against AFC Sudbury on Saturday.
