TILBURY and Grays Athletic will be looking to build on midweek wins as they chase promotion from the Isthmian North today (Saturday, 25 January).

For the second time this month Tilbury, who beat Walthamstow on Tuesday, meet Thames neighbours Concord Rangers just a couple of weeks after beating them 2-0 at Chadfields.

They make the short trip to Canvey five points behind fifth places Waltham Abbey, but with matches in hand.

Grays, who enjoyed an amazing and unexpected win at Felixstowe in midweek, are home to Abbey, so as well as furthering their own hopes of getting nearer the play-off zone, they could do their borough neighbours a favour.

In the Vanarama National League South Aveley play host to 11th-placed Farnborough, desperate to change a run of results that leaves them second from bottom and ten points adrift of safety.

In the Essex and Suffolk Border League East Thurrock Community FC have a home Knock-out Cup third round tie against Belle Vue Social, kick-off 1.30pm.
