GRAYS Athletic has confirmed its new management team for the 2026-27 season will be Mitch Hahn, Ashley Miller and Lewis Clark.

Hahn will be first team manager with Ashley Miller and Lewis Clark taking on the roles of assistant managers.

All three appointments will be no strangers to Blues supporters.

Hahn has previously played for the club, joining the Blues during the 2018/19 season making 137 appearances and scoring 15 goals until the end of the 2022/23 season. In February 2026, he was appointed interim assistant manager alongside interim manager Paul Joynes, steering the club to safety in the Isthmian League North.

Miller re-joins the Blues having previously played for the club during the 2019/2020 season. During the 2022/23 season, he assisted former Blues Manager Lewis Dark, where the managerial duo guided the club to a Isthmian League North playoff semi-final against Sudbury, narrowly missing out in the play-off final. More recently Ashley assisted Steve Tilson at Heybridge Swifts.

Clark is no stranger to the club and its supporters, also having previously played, captained and coached for the Blues, latterly assisting Joynes and Hahn.#

Club Chairman Lee Vehit said: "I'm delighted that Mitch, Ash and Lewis are forming our new management team. They are all hugely ambitious and hungry for success and will lead the club into a new era as we make the transition towards Ship Lane."

Following his appointment, Hahn said: "I am honoured to be asked to take charge of the club moving forward. Alongside Ash and Clarky and the rest of the management team, we hope to get Grays Athletic back to where it should be…. And of course.. to Ship Lane"

Sam Walker, Mitch Baldock, Sim Madgewick, Luke Edmonds and Nik Strizovic will continue in their roles at the club forming part of the coaching team.
