THURROCK will once again play host to the International Dockers football tournament this coming weekend. 

Teams of dockers from the USA, Chile, Belgium and Scotland will be in action from noon on Saturday (2 August) at the Lakeside Sports Ground, off the A1306 arterial road in West Thurrock (near Sainsburys).

A bar and food will be available while matches are being played.

The tournament will be raising money for the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance.
