IT'S been a very disappointing first half of the season for Thurrock FC, but festive cheer will be around in good measure at Oakfield today (Saturday, 21 December) - and there are hopes of celebrating a first win of the season.
Tees have accrued just four points from 12 matches and sit bottom of the London and South East Regional Two South East table.
But today's visitors Dartfordians are only two places above them, with four wins to their name - one of which was a 29-19 win against Thurrock in September.
The match will be preceded by a sold out Vice-Presidents lunch and there promises to be a decent crowd at Oakfield for the men's last match of 2024.
If you can't get to the game, which starts at 2pm, it will be streamed live via this link.
