THURROCK T-Birds face a huge task on the road today (Sunday, 1 February), when they travel in the Championship South to meet second-placed Old Albanians Saints (2.30pm).

Saints inflicted a morale-shattering 48-0 defeat on T-Birds in November, bursting the bubble on what had looked a promising start to the campaign. 

Some disappointing results have followed but a tight, well-contested win against Henley Hawks last Sunday means T-Birds do travel on the back of a win.
