On Monday, 20 October Thurrock Healthwatch is hosting alongside YoungMinds a Coffee Morning for parents in Thurrock to come and speak to professionals to see what services are available for Young People struggling with Mental Health.

YoungMinds are the UK's leading mental health charity for young people. YoungMinds provide young people with the tools to look after their mental health.

The workshop will include an overview of young peoples mental health and wellness issues, some general suggestions and support that will be offered and information about the parents helpline.
