THE Thurrock-based Friends of Essex and London Homeless charity has thanked a Grays food outlet for its continued support.
Representatives of the charity recently visited the Co-op store at Socketts Heath where the Co-op Member Pioneer Claire Mason was on hand to present a range of items used to feed local homeless and needy people at the charity's regular Friday soup kitchen.
The charity relies on the generosity and support of local residents and businesses and has expressed its gratitude to the Co-op, taking to social media to say: "A huge thank you to Co-op Socketts Heath for the very kind donation of foods to help with our Friday night soup kitchen and everyday essential foodbank."
