'Wrong way driver' captured on cam before A13 crash. Road closed by police who have arrested two people

A VEHICLE is reported to have been travelling the wrong way on the eastbound carriageway of the A13 between Stanford-le-Hope and Basildon this afternoon.
A crash resulted which has caused considerable tailbacks.
A police statement says: "We have closed part of the A13 near Stanford-le-Hope this afternoon, Saturday, 19 February, due to a collision.
"Two people have been arrested. No one is believed to have been seriously injured."
