PLANS have been submitted to Thurrock Council to build four flats in the centre of Chadwell St Mary.

Landowner Tony Bowers of River View wants to site the new flats, which will be in a two story block containing four two bedroom flats, to the rear of his property.

The flats will have access from River View and the proposal includes associated parking and amenity spaces.
