Plan to turn Manorway offices into 48 new flats

By Neil Speight 18th Apr 2021

AN APPLICATION has been made to Thurrock Council to turn an office building on the Manorway at Coryton into 48 studio apartments.

The four-storey building, known as Manorway House, is currently in use as offices, used by the Home Office's Border Force, who have been in occupation there for more than ten years.

It was also previously used by DP World as their offices prior to the building of London Gateway port and and their new HQ there.

The one-bedroom apartments will be on the top three floors, with the ground floor still used as offices.

The full application, and the opportunity to comment, can be found via this link.
