Updated: A13 blocked again after two vehicle incident - firefighters clear up before road could be reopened

THE westbound A13 is blocked just after the Stanford-le-Hope Manorway roundabout after a small truck was in collision with a barrier.
It happened soon after 11am and emergency services attended.
A statement from Essex Fire and Rescue Service says: "We were called to reports for a road traffic collision on the A13 Manor Way junction today at 11.35am.
"Crews from Rayleigh Weir, Basildon and Orsett attended and found a collision involving a van and a light goods vehicle.
"No-one was trapped but there was debris on the road and an oil leak.
"Crews made the scene safe and handed it over to highways officials at 12.12pm."
