Anton's message for Treetops as stars take part in latest video showing NHS tribute work

By Neil Speight   29th Apr 2020

THURROCK'S Treetops School have released their latest lockdown video - and this one has some star names in it!

Students at the Grays special school are praised and given best wishes by some famous faces including Beth Porch, the inspiring pediatric nurse who works at a children's hospital in London, who recently appeared to the nation on Britain's Got Talent.

She sent her wishes to the students, telling them "to keep on learning and stay positive."

Another famous face to appear is Thurrock's own Louisa Johnson, who won the twelfth series of the X Factor.

BBC presenter Mike Bushell appears too, giving plenty of praise for the Treetop's Pirate Week, which students took part in recently.

Anton du Beke, TV host and professional dancer on the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing programme, urged students "to keep going" amid the difficulties of the lockdown.

Elsewhere in the video photographs are shown showcasing the work the students have created in tribute to the NHS.

There are also plenty of fun-filled moments from the staff at Treetops, and 'Teacher message of the week', allowing the students to stay in touch with their teachers.
