A FURTHER delay in completing the access road to a new rural housing development in Thurrock is being sought by the builders.

They are seeking a further 18 months after the first building is occupied to allow them to complete the road to the five houses on Tremorgan off Sandown Road in Orsett. The site has seen a number of applications and changes since development was first mooted.

THURROCK Council is planning to replace all the communal windows in the three tower blocks in Chadwell St Mary.

Windows at the flats have been problematic for a long time and many of the individual flats have problems, though they appear not to be addressed by the latest application.
