A PLAN has been submitted to Thurrock Council to squeeze a new home into a small space by the side of an existing building in Tilbury.

The plan is to add a new two storey two bedroomed house on land adjacent to 25 Bryon Gardens in the town.

Applicants say the development will provide high quality, reasonably accommodation for single or double occupancy and will assist in providing homes for the whole spectrum of people within the area.

The full application and the opportunity to comment can be found via this link.
