Bus World Cup final for Ensign after narrow victory in hard-fought voting battle

THURROCK'S Ensign Bus Company have been backed by voters across the UK and have clinched a place in the final of the World Cup of British Bus Companies.
Thurrock Nub News has been tracking following the progress of the company in the fun online competition set up by bus enthusiasts to gauge support for regional bus companies.
Today (Sunday, 28 July) they were pitched against York Pullman and came through with 53.6% to 46.4% against the Yorkshire company. They will learn who their rivals in next week's final will be tomorrow.
