LOCALLY-based artists have painted a mural at the Cross Keys Masonic Hall in Chadwell St Mary in the lead up to Mental Health Awareness Week, which runs from Monday, 15 to Sunday, 21 May and this year has the theme of anxiety.

K&B Design created the mural in collaboration with Thurrock and Brentwood Mind, and it has already attracted a lot of attention from locals as it is on a prominent position on the junction with Brentwood Road.

The design team at K&B, Kirsty and Brittany, have previously featured on Thurrock Nub News.

Brittany is the daughter of local Freemason and Director of the Masonic Centre, Barry Abbott-Trangmar.

Barry commented: "We are absolutely delighted, to be able to help highlight such a valuable and worthwhile cause."
