A CORRINGHAM charity shop which raises funds for children and young people living with incurable conditions will be holding a special 'Brand New with Tags' event tomorrow.

The Havens Hospices shop located in Grover Walk will be showcasing their best donated stock with their original tags with a discount of 50% off or more in store on Thursday, 25 August.

Caroline Mitchell, the shop's Manager says: "We are excited to hold this special event where the majority of our shop will be offering fantastic new stock with original tags still in place, for a fraction of the original price!

"Brands on sale will include popular high-street retailers such as Marks and Spencer, Next, Topshop, River Island, Jack Wills, Hollister, Coast to more luxury retailers like Hobbs, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors and Australian brand Alice McCall. We hope to see you there picking up some real bargains, all in support of our hospice care which provides a lifeline to local families."

The store has an excellent selection of goods including clothing, shoes, accessories, books, media, bric-a-brac, toys and games.

The charity shop is one of 22 shops run by Essex-based charity which must raise more than £85,000 every week to be there when a family is told there is no cure for their loved one's illness. Its hospice services help by controlling pain and medication, offering respite and supporting children and young people at the end of their lives.

The shop will be open from 9am-5pm. For more information about Havens Hospices shops visit havenshospices.org.uk/charityshops
