ANTi-social behaviour by youngsters, including throwing eggs at drivers, caused the diversion of local bus services in Tilbury.

Not for the first time, the Ensign bus company announced on Saturday (28 October) it had switched the route of services Z1 & 77A.

In a statement the company said: "Due to anti-social behaviour by youths in the Tilbury Civic Square area, buses are diverting between Feenan Highway and Tilbury Town Station.

"Buses will not serve Civic Square until further notice as we will not put our drivers or passengers in danger."

Today (Sunday) the compnay said normal services had been resumed.
