Emergency services help man in water in Grays

EMERGENCY services attended an incident close to the Elm Park open space in Grays this morning.
An alarm was raised after a man was spotted in water adjacent to the park and there were concerns about his welfare.
Police, the ambulance service and firefighters (including the aerial platform) attended.
The man was recovered and left in the care of the ambulance service.
