Proclamation begins a day of VE commemorative events in Thurrock

VILLAGERS in Bulphan gathered this morning for a proclamation that marked bthe beginning of a day of events across Thurrock and the country to mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day.

During the day Thurrock Nub News will be reporting on a range of events, culminating in this evening's beacon lightings.
