By Neil Speight 6th Apr 2020

PLANS are being considered by Thurrock Council for part of the regeneration of the former Coryton oil refinery site.

Thames Enterprise Park, which has been carrying out decontamination work and levelling of the refinery, is moving ahead with its aspirations for site regeneration and as part of that is seeking permission for a large warehousing and open air storage site.

In a submission to the council Thames Enterprise give full details of their plans for the site including development of service roads and access from the Manorway.

The full application can be viewed here.

When completed it is hoped the Enterprise Park will be an indurty and business centre creating around 4,500 jobs.
