Firefighters cut roof from crash car to free woman

A WOMAN was cut free from here vehicle by firefighters after a crash on the A13 near Orsett around 11.30am today (Saturday, 13 March).

Crews were from Grays and Orsett called by the ambulance service after reports of a collision between two vehicles on the road where there is [L]https://thurrock.nub.news/n/a13-clised-thus-weekend-long-diversions-flagged-up-via-m25 currently a weekend closure due to work related to the A13 widening project. [.L]

On arrival, firefighters reported that a woman was trapped in her car and worked to remove the vehicle's roof and release her.

The casualty was left in the care of the ambulance service at 12.15pm.
