ACCESS provider Nationwide Platforms will be hosting

It is one of a series of events taking place across the UK to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace while encouraging more women to enter the construction industry.

The event at the depot at 6 Oliver Road, West Thurrock, (RM20 3ED) will showcase Nationwide Platforms' range of career opportunities to women of all ages and backgrounds.

Attendees will be given an in-depth presentation detailing Nationwide Platforms' ethos and vision, followed by an informative and entertaining tour of the depot and its state-of-the-art facilities.

For those more intrepid adventurers, attendees have a chance to ascend one of Nationwide Platforms' cherry pickers and get a taste of working-at-height while being treated to a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.

Nationwide Platforms will also be showcasing its extensive VR technologies, which are able to simulate working-at-height in various machines for in-depth, rapid training.

Attendees will have a chance to experience these exciting systems first-hand, getting a sense of the company's meticulous safety protocols and what work on-site is like, all while getting to grips with the company's innovative technology.

Those attending the event will be treated to a range of drinks and refreshments while getting a chance to ask on-hand Nationwide Platforms employees everything about working for the company and available opportunities.
