MID and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and friendly team members to join their Estates and Facilities team across their of three sites – Basildon, Broomfield and Southend.

The trust has organised three recruitment events in September and is encouraging anyone who is looking for a new role that offers flexibility, job satisfaction and progression to apply to join them on the following dates:

  • Saturday, 10 September – Basildon Hospital
  • Saturday, 17 September – Southend Hospital
  • Saturday, 24 September – Broomfield Hospital

The Facilities team are looking for domestic cleaners, catering assistants, porters and security officers to join their teams. Successful candidates will help to deliver an excellent service across the hospital sites and ensure that all who are cared for, visit and work for the Trust have a good experience every day.

Amy Churchill, Senior Recruitment Advisor, said: "We are really looking forward to welcoming candidates to our events and are hoping to offer roles to as many applicants as possible on the day. These events will give people the opportunity to find out more about the role that interests them in Estates and Facilities and show how we have the tools to support people in driving their career forward."

Anyone interested should go to the Trust's website (www.mse.nhs.uk/estates-and-facilities-mse)  and apply for the role and site they wish to be considered for; they will then be booked into a timeslot.

On the day, attendees will get a chance to learn more about the role that interests them in the education zone before heading into the recruitment zone where they will be interviewed and then talked through the next steps they need to take if they've been successful.
