A FOURTH attempt has been submitted to Thurrock Council to add a new home to an existing site at 25 Byron Gardens in Tilbury.

Three previous applications for the site have been rejected by the authority. Reasons for refusal of previous applications have been related to parking problems and that the new home might be at risk of flooding.

Council officers also believed that previous plans would not reflect the pattern of development within the vicinity of the site and would appear as an incongruous feature within the street.

The proposed dwelling would have a lounge, kitchen, dining and WC on the ground floor and two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor with a  car parking space at the front.
