RENEWED concern has been expressed about rogue scrambler and quad bike riders tearing up areas of rural Thurrock.

Over the weekend a ground of around 15 to 20 riders wer4e condemned for their anti-social behaviour in and around the village of Bulphan, with one resident describing her 'quite scary' experience as she was out walking her dog.

Other villagers have spoken of their concern about the damage caused by riders to the local environment, including local bridleways.

Residents have been advised to register complaints and incidents of anti-social behaviour via the Essex Police website.
