Man attacked with knuckleduster and left injured after clash at Grays club

POLICE are asking for the public's help as they probe an assault in Grays that left a man injured.

He was left with injuries to his head including a deep gash.

The assault happened at The Club (formermeley the Greenline CLubn and then more recently knwn as Banjos) on Maidstoen Road.

It was reported the victim, who's in his 20s, was attacked by a man at the premises at around 6pm on Thursday (14 July) when he was approached by his attacker.

They went outside to the smoking area at which point the victim was attacked with what has been described as a knuckle duster.

His attacker has been described to police as white, 5ft 11ins tall, of stocky build, with brown eyes and straight black hair.
