Man filmed stealing car - can you help police identify him?

CCTV film has been released of a man stealing a car in Tilbury on New Year's Eve.
The theft took place on Feenan Highway at 7.53pm when a Black Ford Ranger Wildtrack (registration HK22 EDL) was taken.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police, using crime reference number 42/192740/25
