New focal point for community in Grays

By Neil Speight 4th Aug 2021

A NEW community focal point is about to be created in Grays.

The Community Cafe at Grays United Reformed Church on Bradleigh Avenue will be opened each Wednesday, from 15 September.

It is intended that the cafe will be inclusive and dementia friendly.

You can find more details by visiting [L]http://www.graysurc.org.uk or contacting David Coaker by telephone on 07378348191 or email at [email protected].

A launch event on 15 Sepember will, with the help of the Alzheimer's Society, explore how better to support the wider local community.

Mr Coaker says: "Over a drink and cake, come along to find out more or just enjoy the social time and refreshments."
