Occupants escape injury in dramatic A13 crash

DESPITE vehicles being badly damaged in an A13 crash this morning, police have reported all the occupants escaped injury free.
The incident happened on the eastbound carriageway just before the Aveley and Wennington turn off.
A statement from police says: "We were contacted about 7.30am reporting a two vehicle collision on the A13 westbound.
"It turned out to be a non-injury incident and no arrests were made."
At one point police ran a rolling roadblock to ensure traffic could pass the incident safety.
