Outdoor changes planned at Holy Cross

PLANS have been submitted to Thurrock Council to renegerate the play area of a borough school.

More than 200 pupils and members of staff at Holy Cross Catholic Primary School in South Ockendon could see their playground transformed by the development.

If the application is approved, the new playground could include two new powder-coated metal canopies as well as multi-coloured polycarbonate roof sheets to the existing playground.

The canopies can also be used as extra outdoor classroom space.
