Police seek information after A13 bridge throwing incident that left driver injured

POLICE are investigating an incident on the A13 at Fobbing where an item was thrown from a bridge, smashing a windsreen and injuring a driver.

It was reported a piece of hardcore was thrown from a bridge over the A13 at 6.05pm on 21 July

It struck the windscreen of a vehicle, smashing it and leaving the driver with cuts to his neck an arms.

A police statement said: "If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us. Please quote the crime reference number 42/203277/22.
