AN application has been submitted to Thurrock Council to divide a site on a Grays residential road and create a new dwelling for eight people in six bedrooms.

The scheme is proposed for a site currently occupied by a semi-detached home, 10 Chestnut Avenue,

The site would be split, with the existing building remaining and a garage and outbuildings being demolished to create the new two storey building.

Full details of the application and the opportunity to comment can be found via this link.
