RAIL strikes planned for tomorrow (Tuesday, 20 June) are to go ahead, causing severed disruption.

Last ditch talks to prevent the strikes today have failed to make headway the RMT union says.

A three-day walkout - on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday - is expected to cause disruption across the week and a strike will also take place on the London Underground tomorrow, with effects felt into Wednesday morning.

Two borough rail stations, Chafford Hundred and Ockendon, will close. Details of other disruptions to services can be found via this link.
