Updated: Long delays continue following QEII bridge accident

THERE are long tailbacks on the M25 and adjoining roads around Junction 30/31 this morning following a multiple vehicle crash on the QEII bridge.

Roads including the A13 westbound and around Lakeside are suffering delays.

The M25 anticlockwise at the A13 junction at 10.45pm.

Emergency services were alerted to the incident at around 7.20am and carriageways were originally all closed.

Two lanes were then released for traffic to pass through and that remained the situation at 10.45 am.
