AHEAD of Easter Monday's El Chavico derby at the EMR Stadium, that will see tenants Grays Athetic play host to landlords Tilbury in the Isthmian North, both sides are in action today (Saturday, 19 April).

Tilbury still have faint hopes of catching Brightingsea Regent for the fourth play-off space but they will need a win against relegation-haunted Newmarket Town at Chadfields to keep them alive.

Plus Regent will need to slip up at home to Waltham Abbey, who are already confirmed in the play-offs and even have a mathematical chance of overhauling leaders Brentwood Town who missed the chance to clinch the title yesterday when drawing 2-2 at lowly Wroxham, who also have the shadow of slipping into the final relegation spot over their shoulder.

That outcome at Trafford Park, which featured seven yellow cards and a red for Brentwood's Jesse Olukolu, shows that there are always surprises in the dramatic closing stage of a season so Tilbury will need to be at their best.

Grays, who are on an eight match winning streak, will hope to make it nine at Redbridge, where a win would secure a top ten finish.
