GRAYS Athletic and Tilbury continue their FA Cup journey on Saturday (22 August), with away trips.

Grays don't have far to travel to take part in a south Essex derby against village side Hutton, who have stepped up the non-League pyramid in recent seasons to play in the Essex Senior League.

Hutton, who play home matches at Billericay FC's New Lodge ground, already have an FA Cup scalp this campaign, having beaten Northwood 2-1 in an extra preliminary round replay.

Grays beat Hilltop FC 5-1 in their cup opener.

Also in first preliminary round action are Tilbury, who travel to Biggleswade FC, and also have a cup win under their belt, beating Wormley Rovers 2-0.

After a first Isthmian Premier win last time out, Aveley also take to the road at the weekend, travelling to Three Bridges.

The hosts have yet to take a point from three matches and sit bottom of the table.

After the delight of an Essex Senior Cup win against Harlow in midweek, East Thurrock Community FC resume Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties Division South duties at home to Coggeshall Town at Rookery Hill.

The sides are tenth and 11th in the table and both have won two, lost two - so a close match looks in prospect.
