A THURROCK football team is looking for new players to join its sides that play on Sundays.

Esperanto FC is currently holding open trials for over-18s looking to play football.

The club has three teams, two in Thurrock and one in the Basildon & Southend League.

Club spokesperson Ian Colley says: "We currently hold open training / trials on Tuesday evenings, with pre-season friendlies already booked for July."
