FA Cup football will come to Parkside on Monday evening (18 September) following Aveley's goalles draw at The Walks against Kings Lynn Town in the FA Cup second round qualifying round today.

By then both teams should know what the prize is for a victory as the draw for the next round is scheduled for Monday lunchtime.

Elswehere there was joy for Tilbury who enjoyed an emphatic 3-0 Essex Senior League win at Takeley this afternoon. Goals came from Harvey Browne, Harry Donovan and Roman Campbell.

Grays will have been less happy, but still pleased that they came back from a two goal deficit, thanks to two second half Charlie Stimson goals, to draw 2-2 with visitors Bury Town in the Isthmian North.
