Centre pays respect and invites laying of floral tributes

RESIDENTS who would like to lay a floral tribute to the late Queen, her Majesty Elizabeth II, are being invited to do so at Purfleet Heritage and Military Centre on Centurion Way.

TThe flag at the centre is at half mast and tributes have already been placed there.

A book of condolence has also been opened at the centre for people to record their messages during its open hours on Sunday. 10am to 3.30pm.

Tributes can also be laid in Grays at the memorial site in Grays Town Park.
