Police ask for help after woman is found injured

POLICE are asking for the public's help following an incident in Thurrock.

A woman was found injured on the A1306 near Sainsbury's in Chafford Hundred at around 8pm on Monday, 18 November.

She was taken to hospital with a suspected head injury, where she remains.

Next to the woman was an e-scooter.

A police statement says: "We're working hard to establish what happened in the time period before she was found by a member of the public.

"If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.

"Please quote incident 1208 of 18 November when providing any information to make sure it gets to the right person as quickly as possible.
